Offering accredited degrees at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as advanced degrees at both the Master's and Doctoral levels, the department is known both nationally and internationally for its commitment to teaching and research, and to the firm belief that a healthy society rests on a commitment to the land, its history, its processes, and its integrity.
